Your MediMassager comes with a standard 1 Year replacement warranty. If you would like to request warranty service, please contact us at sales@medimassager.com

If you would like to request a full refund, please complete the form below. We will validate the information and you will be sent an RMA number. You must write this number clearly and boldy on the return shipment near the shipping label. Packages that do not have an RMA number will be refused and returned to you.

Please note that all returns for refund must be requested within 7 days of purchase and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. No exeptions!
